Anthony Perry
Anthony Perry is an insurance lifer! He got his start in insurance at the ripe age of at 14 after a failed little league baseball career, working for his family owned agency in a small town north of Boston. He learned the ins and outs of the insurance world, working the family business for years and eventually graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Management. After college, he sought out to forge his own path and left the family business to work for a national insurance carrier where he would do everything from Sales, Underwriting, and Territory Management. He earned his CPCU designation (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) in 2017, and remains active in his local chapter.
In his free time, he likes to work out, travel, golf and root for his beloved Boston sports teams. He currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ where the year round sun allows him to freely pursue all his passions outside of work. Anthony remains very close to his family back east, becoming the favorite Uncle of his 18 nieces and nephews, as he has provided everyone a great place to come vacation to!
Anthony has an intense passion for the insurance world, relishing in putting together the puzzle of matching risk exposures to coverage options, and standing by his customers during the claims process. He was taught at a young age that insurance is a relationship driven industry, and strives to authentically build bonds with everyone he interacts with.
Jessica Fukuchi
Jessica Fukuchi is a mother, travel enthusiast, community helper and social butterfly. Jessica is the agency principal of PCRG Insurance and has been in the insurance industry since 2008.
Jessica wears many hats within the agency but her primary focus is commercial insurance, high net worth individuals, and individuals going through a real estate transaction. She also enjoys recruiting and developing talent into the agency and managing day to day operations to support PCRG Insurance client experience.
Jessica is a member of many industry and community associations including NAIFA, GAMA international, Insurance Agents Owners Alliance, and the Women in Insurance and Financial Services where she has been inducted as a member of WIFS circle of excellence for the past 4 years.
Jessica and her husband Kyle are very involved with Fred Hutch Cancer Research Innovation Network encouraging young professionals to get involved in the community and non-profit work.
Jessica is married to Kyle Fukuchi and has four children. Three daughters and one son which are the pride and joy of her life. She spends her free time traveling, crafting, and running kids around to activities.
Christine Huffman
Christine was born and raised in Northern California, where she lived and built her career in the medical field. There she continued to build her passion for helping others professionally, creatively and in her personal life.
April Meissner
April grew up in a small town north of Boston in Massachusetts called Ipswich, known for their clams & white sand beaches. She attended Pace University in Manhattan & eventually found her way out west to Washington state. She quickly fell in love with the mountains & met her husband.
Over the years April has excelled as a sales manager specializing in technical consulting. She prides herself on the ability to build & sustain authentic relationships. April found a passion for insurance through her husband & friends in the business. Her spark in this industry comes from the opportunity to help individuals protect the people and things they value the most.
In her free time April enjoys traveling the world with her husband, boating around her Whidbey Island WA home, and cooking! As a sommelier you can always count on her for delicious wine recommendations. She is a lover of sports, especially hockey and the Boston Bruins!
Ashlee Dunn
Ashlee has worked in administration for over 8 years. She was able to work closely with Presidents and CEO’s to complete tasks and provide assistance to the workspace. She is proficient in handling clients’ needs and prides herself on being able to provide a top notch result while keeping a personal, friendly feeling to the client/provider relationship.
Ashlee was raised in Las Vegas and currently resides in Bluffdale Utah. She has spent the last 10 years raising her two beautiful children. With that comes many nights spent driving to and from practices, weekend Baseball Tournaments and Cheer Competitions and somehow trying to fit in dinner and dessert (always dessert!)
Sports are a large part Ashlee’s personal enjoyment. Not the playing of them but the watching! Need a crash course on the rule of just about any sport? She’s your gal! If there is any free time Ashlee enjoys balancing a healthy lifestyle of physical activity (gym; hiking; golfing) with enjoying life with her family (movies; traveling; Lake Powell and you guessed it DESSERT)

Jessica Frame
Jessica grew up and lives in the Salt lake valley. Over the past 8 years she’s been working in the Real estate world helping clients buy, sell, and invest. She’s loved getting to know her clients and their families. As well as where they see themselves in the years to come. Building lasting relationships is important to her. She looks forward to being able to do that now with her clients and helping them with their insurance needs.
In Jessica’s “free time” she is running her 4 kids to practices, games, competitions, or traveling… most likely for a kids sporting event. She likes spend time with her husband and they love to take the kids camping, fishing, boating, and skiing.
Josh Leber
Josh brings 20+ years of service experience in the health care field. He has done everything from administrative assistant positions all the way up to a Practice Supervisor for an Internal Medicine clinic. Throughout his career, its been clear he has found his calling to be helping others. Josh strives to make every transaction as simple as possible, and puts a strong emphasis on building relationships.
Josh is an Arizona native, spending most of his life in Phoenix. Recently, he spent about 4 years in Merida, Mexico before moving back in 2024. He has two teenaged daughters who still reside there where he owns a home and visits frequently.
Outside of work, Josh is an avid jogger, participating in any marathon or 5K he can find! He can also be found enjoying a hike in the beautiful Arizona mountains with friends.

Kevin Harris
Kevin Harris was born in sunny Arizona and raised in the Scottsdale area. There he attended Brophy College Preparatory which laid the groundwork for his commitment to being a Man for Others with a focus on critical thinking and leadership. He went on to be a collegiate rugby athlete at W. P. Carey School of Business where he received his bachelor’s degree in Finance.
After graduating, Kevin built an impressive career in the insurance industry, bringing more than 10 years of experience across both Personal and Commercial Insurance. Throughout his career, he has consistently been recognized as a top-producing agent and trusted advisor, known for building long-term client relationships rooted in integrity, responsiveness, and expertise. His ability to simplify complex insurance strategies and deliver a true concierge-level experience has earned the loyalty and trust of both clients and colleagues alike.
He joins PCRG Insurance with a focus on presenting appropriate levels of coverage with true ‘white glove’ service, ensuring clients feel confident, protected, and well-advised through every stage of life and business.
In his spare time he enjoys being physically active and hanging out with his rottweiler, Rollo. On the weekends you’ll find him prioritizing spending time with family or going on a new adventure with his friends.
Kevin Rawson
In San Jose, CA Kevin made his way through the health and fitness industry and helped grow a top ranked training center. Over the 8 years that he worked as a personal trainer and general manager, he learned what customer service should look like and how to serve others. Now he is taking that energy and passion into the insurance industry.
When he isn’t working, he is spending time with his beautiful wife, his two amazing kids, and his big white fluffy dogs. To him, there is nothing more important than family and doing what is right to make sure they are taken care of. This caring and compassion is what fuels his desire to provide the best customer service to those he works with.
Letisha Pohina
Letisha grew up in sunny southern California and moved to Washington State with her husband in 2004. With great interest in real estate, she took and passed the real estate exam, but quickly found that her interest lay in the direction of mortgage finance. She found great joy in working with mortgage brokers, homebuyers, and those looking to refinance, each transaction its own puzzle. Over 15 years navigating the nuances of lending has provided Letisha with experience that positions her in a special way, to understand your home/auto/business insurance needs.
When not at work, you can likely find Letisha spending time with her three children, her husband, her sisters, and friends. Letisha is a hiker, snowboarder, score keeper (little league), wine and food taster, and PTO board member. These passions, in addition to her family, keep her busy and on the go!

Stefany has called California home for most of her life and brings 24 years of experience in the insurance industry. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to help individuals and families navigate their insurance needs. Stefany believes insurance is about more than simply choosing a policy—it’s about taking the time to understand each client, providing guidance, and helping them feel confident in the coverage they choose.
Over the years, Stefany has developed a genuine passion for helping people and building lasting relationships. She enjoys getting to know her clients and being someone they can turn to when they need guidance. Her goal is to make the insurance process easier to understand while helping clients find coverage that meets their individual needs.
Outside of work, Stefany is a proud mom to two daughters, Jackie and Bella. Her girls keep her busy and make life interesting! She loves spending time with her girls and her husband, whether they’re exploring an amusement park, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors. Stefany has also recently discovered a new passion for hiking. She enjoys exploring new trails and discovering the beautiful places California has to offer.

Hi, I am Vanessa Jean Catapang, a graduate of Bachelor in Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management at De La Salle Lipa - Philippines. I have been married for 4 years and a mother of 2 cute little boys.
I am a person who strives to provide excellent results for my clients and a person who loves to create good relationships with the company and the people I am working with.
I am always motivated and inspired to work because of my family, especially my two babies. I am enjoying working as a Virtual Assistant because I can work and I can still look after my kids. I love spending time with my family and playing with my kids!

Zane holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he majored in Communications and minored in Economics. During college, he played on the baseball team and engaged in extracurriculars to grow personally and develop leadership skills.
A passionate athlete, Zane enjoys a wide range of sports and outdoor activities, maintaining a strong commitment to health and fitness.
